Our Return Policy:
All of the products we sell are “Brand New” straight from our manufacturing facility or from our suppliers and are 100% backed by their complete warranties. Unfortunately, as we all know sometimes products don’t work, even right out of the box or for some reason the product just does not meet your needs.
If there is a problem, please contact us either by phone (1-218-476-3555) or by e-mail (email@example.com) within 30 days of receiving and inspecting your order. We will work with you and provide you a Return Item Number (RIN) so we both can track your return and process your claim quickly and efficiently.
All Returns must include all original packaging, parts, accessories, owners’ manuals/instructions, etc to be considered for a full refund.
**Below are Situation Specific Policies:**
If your product arrives defective or quits working within the first few days please contact us immediately. We will either exchange your item, or provide direct contact information for you to that specific manufacturer. Some of our partners prefer to work directly with the customer so we can eliminate the middleman to resolve the issue faster.
If your product arrives and there is notable damage to the shipping box have your delivery person note the damage and notify us immediately so all proper paper work and claims can be processed. Once claims are processed a new replacement will be sent to you.
If you purchase an item and discover that it is not exactly what you thought it would be or for some reason does not meet your desired need please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item. We will work with you regarding different options and how to go about returning the item. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping of the product and we will refund your original purchase price less original shipping, once the item has been returned and inspected. Please note, that for any product shipped under our Free Shipping Offer we will reduce the original price by 20% to cover our original shipping charge and restocking of the item.
(USA): including APO/FPO (Free Shipping Offer)
We include shipping in the total cost of each item so you know exactly what you are paying for each item. We do not believe in companies that over charge shipping and try to break it out so as to confuse you the buyer as to what you are actually paying. We ship using common carriers, typically USPS or UPS, depending on the size, weight, and value of the shipment. We will always select the safest, fastest, and most cost effective method to ship your purchase. We will forward you a tracking number as soon it become available and most shipments are made the same or next day after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
If you would require special shipping instructions, ie delivery to different address or prefer one method over another for your purchase, ie prefer USPS priority instead of UPS or vice verse please let us know as you will be responsible if there are any additional charges.
Items shipped via UPS to the continental US will usually be shipped USPS due to cost and time for efficient delivery.
We ship Worldwide. Please contact us prior to payment so we may quote you an actual shipping cost. For products that we offer free USA shipping we will deduct the average US shipping from the International rate so you get a true shipping rate for your destination. For example you purchase a product that typically cost $10 to ship in the USA and we offer free shipping and the International Shipping charge is $30 to your country we will deduct what we would have paid for USA and only give you the difference, in this case we would only charge you the additional $20.00.
**It is the buyer’s responsibility to check with their local authorities about the rules and regulations and about all custom and brokerage fees, duties, taxes, and restrictions that are imposed on good imported into your country. Please note that all the additional fees above our shipping are the buyer’s responsibility. If for any reason once your package arrives and you refuse delivery because of high customs or brokerage fees, duties or taxes imposed we will have to pay them for you, pay for the return shipping or abandon the package. All the additional costs incurred by us will be charged back to you or reduced from your refund. **
If you are purchasing between 3 and 5 items under our free shipping offer please contact us before paying as we will apply a discount (typically 3%) to your order total. If you are purchasing more the 5 items under the free shipping offer at one time please contact us before hand for special bulk/distributor shipping discounts.

Most warranty claims after your initial purchase are handled directly with the manufacture so they can you provide you with the quickest and most efficient resolution to your problem. We will always work with you and the manufacture to get your issues resolved.
